Providing Clean Water across Regions
As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The best form of charity is giving someone water to drink.”
Alhamdullilah, in 2023, Spogmai Charity Foundation, accomplished a noteworthy milestone:
- Establishing 13 wells in Kabul, Wardak, Khost, and Peshawar.
- These wells serve in boys & girls school, Masajid, and public spaces.
- Each school had from 250 – 6000 students
- Wells in Masajid public areas serve over 70-100 families
Built BiBi Spogmai Hakimi Darul Hifaz School and Provided Essential Amenities
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The best amongst you is the one who learns the Quran and teaches it,”
SCF has successfully built Bibi Spogmai Hakimi Darul Hifaz School. This institution serves over 300 boys and girls as a haven for teaching and memorizing the Quran Programs. In addition, a place for teaching the preliminary school books.
The Foundation has also supplied all essential items. May Almighty Allah rewards all those who involved in this big project.
Assisting Earthquake Victims in Herat, Afghanistan
Responding to the urgent needs of the community, Spogmai Charity Foundation has established an Emergency Fund to aid 100 families in Herat affected by earthquakes.
In addition, Spogmai Charity Foundation has constructed a shop to support families in generating income. This initiative is rooted in the Hadith: “The upper hand is better than the lower one (i.e., the giving hand is better than the receiving hand).”
Built a Masjid and Supported New local Masajid Projects
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who said: “Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise,”
Spogmai Charity Foundation has built a full Masjid in Amir Dost Muhammad khan high school and provided with double washrooms, ablution places, prayer mats and other essential items.
Additionally, the Foundation has provided partial support to other Masjid construction projects. May Allah reward the team for achieving this goal.
Assisted Orphans & Sick Families Facing Challenges
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who said: “I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,”
Spogmai Charity Foundation has extended support to multiple orphans and families facing various health challenges such as Cancer, Mental Health, Liver problems, skin conditions, and more.
The Foundation aims to alleviate their suffering through financial and emotional assistance, embodying the Islamic principles of compassion and empathy.
Providing Food Assistance to Over 300 Families
In adherence to the teachings of Islam on caring for those in need, Spogmai Charity Foundation has extended a helping hand by providing food assistance to over 300 families. This act of charity not only addresses the immediate needs of these families but also embodies the spirit of generosity and community support encouraged by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Donating Trees
Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) saying: “If a Muslim plant a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person, or an animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charitable gift (Sadaqah) for him.”
Spogmai Charity Foundation has donated trees in various locations.
Donating Solar Panels for Masajid
In a bid to contribute to environmental sustainability, the Foundation has donated solar panels to different Masajid. This aligns with the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) teachings of preserving resources and ensuring a clean environment.
