Monthly report for March 2023

Alhamdulillah, we at Spogmai Charity Foundation have had a productive month of March 2023. During this month, the foundation has made significant progress in its vision to serve humanity and provide essential services to the people in need.

Water Solar Pump for Three Masajids:

One of the most significant achievements of the Spogmai Charity Foundation this month has been the provision of clean water to three Masajids. Two of these Masajids are located in Chak e Wardak, and the other is in Shneez Wardak. The foundation understands the importance of clean water for daily use, especially for prayers and ablution, and has worked tirelessly to ensure that these Masajids have access to safe and clean water.

Building of Islamic School:

Furthermore, the foundation has initiated the construction of an Islamic school. This project is aimed at providing education to the children of the community and to promote Islamic values and teachings. The school will offer basic education along with Islamic studies to small boys and girls. This project has been long-awaited and is a significant step towards providing education and empowerment to the children of the community, and the foundation aims to complete the construction within the next few months.

Clean Water for Over 200 Families:

In addition to these projects, the Spogmai Charity Foundation has also provided clean water to over 200 families. The foundation recognizes the need for clean water for daily use and hygiene and has worked diligently to ensure that the community has access to clean water. This project has had a positive impact on the health and well-being of the families and has helped reduce the spread of water-borne diseases.

Planting Trees:

As part of our environmental conservation efforts, the Spogmai Charity Foundation initiated the tree planting program, which will not only help to mitigate the effects of climate change but also provide a source of livelihood for the local communities.

Total Fund Used:

The total fund used for the month of March 2023 was 187,380 AFN. We are grateful for the support and donations from our generous donors, which have enabled us to continue serving communities in need.

Future Goals:

Looking forward, the Spogmai Charity Foundation aims to build a second Islamic school in Wardak, Afghanistan, survey multiple areas in Wardak that have scarce water resources, and support orphans in various communities. These initiatives align with the foundation’s vission of promoting Islamic values and principles while improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Afghanistan.

All of these activities were carried out with the help of our dedicated volunteers, and we are grateful for their support. We are also pleased to report that there were zero operation costs involved in these activities.
